Synctuary Works LLC("we") operates VerveHQ. This policy covers the public website and the VerveHQ workspace. It describes what we collect and why.
Who we are

The public website
- Demo requests: name, work email, organization, title, phone, whether we may call, approximate member count, and your note.
- A check that the demo form was submitted by a person. That check may set a short-lived cookie.
- Hosting logs, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested.
- Cookieless measurements of which pages people open and how fast those pages load. We do not use advertising cookies.
The workspace
When an organization uses VerveHQ, that organization decides what member, contact, event, attendance, finance, and email records go into the workspace. We process those records to run the product. We do not sell them.
- Account details: name, email, and a password. We do not store the password in plain text.
- Billing for a paid workspace. We do not store full card numbers.
- AI insights, when a workspace uses them. The question and the relevant workspace context are used to produce the answer.
- Tools an admin chooses to connect. Data moves only for the workspaces that turn those on.
Why we use it
- Reply to demo requests and run the workspace you asked for.
- Keep accounts signed in, stop abuse, and debug outages.
- Understand which public pages people open, without an advertising profile.
- Send product email the workspace asks us to send.
Who else handles it
Service providers process information only so we can host the product, keep it signed in, send the email you ask for, take payment, and answer insight questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run an advertising cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Demo requests stay on file so we can reply and remember the conversation. Workspace records stay while the account is open. When a workspace closes, we delete or return those records unless we have to keep a copy for security, tax, or legal reasons. Billing records follow ordinary accounting retention.
Your requests
Email ben@synctuaryworks.comto ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If your details are on a chapter's roster, start with that organization. They control the roster. We process it for them.
Children
VerveHQ is for organizations and their staff. It is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
