Terms of use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Synctuary Works LLC for the VerveHQ website and workspace. If you use VerveHQ for an organization, you confirm you can agree for that organization.
The product
VerveHQ is an invite-only membership workspace. We may change, add, or retire features. We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, or a security problem.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace admins decide who has a seat and what that seat can see.
Your data
You keep ownership of the records you put into VerveHQ. You give us permission to host and process them so the product works, including the providers named in the privacy policy and any integration an admin connects. You confirm you have the right to upload member and contact information.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law with the product, or try to break another customer's access.
- Do not upload malware, probe the service, or send spam through it.
- Do not scrape other organizations' data or resell the workspace.
AI insights
Answers from the insights feature are generated. They can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them for a decision about a person, a payment, or an event.
Demos and billing
A demo request is a conversation, not a seat and not a purchase. Paid workspaces are billed through Stripe on the terms agreed when the workspace is opened.
Availability
We work to keep VerveHQ available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim about the product is limited to the fees you paid us for that workspace in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid fees.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
